Business Starter Package - Benefect DECON 30

Refunds or Exchanges are available for most products within 30 days. In order to qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. 

As they are Health Canada regulated, Disinfectant Products such as Vital Oxide and Benefect are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@albertabiosupply.com, if the product is eligible for refund, we will issue a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Once we have received and inspected the product a refund will be issued within 7 days. 

Please note, any item returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender. 

We endeavour to ship any order placed before 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays the following day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

During periods of high demand, shipping may be delayed by 2-3 days due to warehouse processing time.

We ship using ground courier. Ship times are based on the method of shipping the customer chooses at checkout. Transit time are indicated on shipping choices menu during the checkout process.

Alberta Bio Supply may, at its sole discretion utilize a ground courier other than the courier the customer specified at checkout, provided the alternate courier is able to provide delivery in the same or less transit time as the courier specified at checkout. In these cases, the customer will not incur any additional shipping charges.
